What is this?
Join Valerie for a Baby & Me Yoga class for both members and nonmembers of ABFN. This class incorporates yoga for babies 4 weeks to 12 months, massage techniques, and a yoga practice for parents that helps release tension, build strength where you need it, and calms the mind. The class consists of 45 minutes of yoga, then time to ask questions about life with new baby and ABFN. As a bonus, Revolution Community Yoga offers a 10% discount to those who attend this Baby & Me Class. Use to sign up for a yoga class or the RCY Baby & Me class.
