About this event
Presented by Danny's Place Youth Services:
Join us this winter for a special free, virtual event! We’re teaming up with Acton-Boxborough Family Network and The Institute for Social Emotional Learning to provide families an opportunity to learn about the foundational tools of Social and Emotional Learning and engage in a few practical SEL tools that will enhance your well-being as well as that of your relationships with your children, teens, and family life. Experiences to develop self and social awareness, emotion regulation, and communication skills will be shared. You’ll hear why these skills, along with ways to support your child's SEL growth at home, are vital and integral to our parenting practices.
Join facilitators Alisa Andrews and Janice Toben, teachers and co-founders of the Institute for Social and Emotional Learning. Meet with fellow local parents dedicated to the growth and thriving of children. The event is free, but you must pre-register.
