About Acton-Boxborough Family Network

Acton-Boxborough Family Network (ABFN), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group of local parents working together to increase and improve local resources for families with young children. ABFN members share the goal of connecting with other parents and families in order to develop social, recreational, service, and cultural opportunities for families and their young children. Our members live in Acton, Boxborough, and many neighboring towns.

ABFN membership enables the entire family to participate in the many ABFN-sponsored events throughout the year. We offer seasonal theme parties, monthly story hours and craft hours, weekly outings, book group, weekly playgroups, educational seminars, moms’ and dads’ nights out, and more. Our members also receive our bimonthly newsletter, discounts at local businesses, and access to our online member forums.
