Chocolate Workshop-

An hour of decadence with chocolates. The session starts with a walk back in history to look at the origin of cocoa and its journey to the chocolate of today that we so know and love. We look at the intricacies of cocoa farming and the global impact. We then look at the science of chocolate and the process of making fine chocolates. Through the session you will taste different kinds of chocolates, you will learn the art of evaluating quality and taste of a chocolate. Lastly and most interestingly, you will craft your own very special Two Friends Chocolate Bar to take home. 

About Two Friends: Two Friends Chocolates is Boxborough's newest chocolatemaker. We are just two girls with two decades of friendship between us telling you the story of our friendship through the flavors and scent of fine chocolates. Each of our chocolates are tiny canvases that bring to you a little bit of us and the many amazing journeys that have made us who we are. We welcome you to have a taste of it and join us on our next adventure.
