Come join your friends in the woods and participate in a TimberNook Fall ‘Harvest‘ session! Your children (between 2-6 years old) will explore the forest while engaging in fall-themed fun. Children will have the opportunity to play, paint, dress up, dig in the dirt, bounce on the slackline and swing on the swings.
About TimberNook: TimberNook encourages ‘Play with a Purpose.’ Children will explore their likes and dislikes, express their feelings, and challenge higher thinking skills. They will work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and cognitive skills. Your children will grow their social skills as they listen to each other’s ideas, request materials and assistance from peers, and negotiate and learn to regulate their emotions. All while simply having fun in the great outdoors!
What to bring: a camping chair and/or blanket to sit on, a water bottle, snack, and a change of clothes for your little ones. Children should come in clothes that can get wet and dirty, along with closed toed shoes or boots.
Parking: drive to the back of the parking lot near the sports court next to the woods.
This program will run rain, sleet, or shine! If you choose to cancel, you may do so by Wednesday 11/12 at 10am to get a full refund.
